How do I place an order on your website?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired product, choose the variant (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping details to place your order.
How can I track my order after purchase?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on your registered email or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel in real time using that link.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-7 days depending on your location in India. Custom or personalized orders may take longer.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You can request cancellation or modifications within 6 hours of placing the order. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
In case of any damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund as per policy.
